Easy Acorn Squash
INGREDIENTS.
- Acorn Squash
- Lemon, Orange, Nutmeg, and Ginger essential oils
- 4 TBS Olive Oil
- Salt + Pepper
Instructions.
Add a few drops of each lemon, orange, nutmeg, ginger to 4 tablespoons of olive oil. Cut your acorn squash in half and brush oil on each side with olive oil. Top off with salt and pepper. Top off with salt and pepper. Bake at 350* for 30 minutes OR cook in your instant pot for 7 minutes! Bon appétit!
